TRACE - OD Training and Facilitation Centre is a Tanzanian-registered, local non-profit organization which was established in 1998 with a broad aim of promoting the use of Organisation Development (OD) as a capacity building approach amongst development organizations working in Tanzania and effective use of participatory approaches to development. TRACE is dedicated to providing OD processes and resultant interventions such as training to NGOs, FBOs, CBOs, government institutions and other local and international organizations involved in development work.
